Brent Sprinkle, D.O. is a board certified specialist in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation in Little Rock, Arkansas. Dr. Sprinkle's  practice is focused on nonsurgical outpatient spine and musculoskeletal medicine, Emg/Nerve Conduction studies, Osteopathic Manipulative Medicine, Myofascial Trigger Point Pain and Regenerative Injections such as Stem Cell, Platelet-Rich Plasma and Dextrose Prolotherapy for Tendon, Ligament, Cartilage and Joint Pain and Degeneration and Tears. Dr. Sprinkle has additional training and interest in the use of Musculoskeletal Ultrasound for diagnostic as well as real time image guidance for Regenerative Injections in the treatment of soft tissue, ligament and tendon related pathology. Dr. Sprinkle also serves as Adjunct Clinical Faculty in the UAMS Department of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation and often has residents rotating with him in clinic. 

Dr. Sprinkle completed his Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation Residency at the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences at Little Rock, Arkansas, after earning his Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine at the University of North Texas Health Science Center in Fort Worth, Texas. Dr. Sprinkle’s professional associations include the American Osteopathic Association; the Arkansas Osteopathic Medical Association, where he has served on its board for many years as well as President of the Association; the Arkansas Medical Society, and the American Academy of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation where he serves on the Medicare Local Coverage Determination CAC Arkansas Advisory Committee, American Academy of Orthopedic Medicine and The American Osteopathic Association of Prolotherapy Regenerative Medicine.

In his free time, Dr. Sprinkle enjoys cycling, fishing, hunting and astrophotography along with his wife Charla and their weenie dog.
