Steve Levin on Biotensegrity

Hopefully these will get you thinking differently about Fascia, as it certainly has for me.

Fascia Research

Robert Schleip, Ph.D.

Dr. Robert Schleip's Lecture at the Third International Fascia Research Congress

What is this stuff ?

Fascia and Myofascial Pain are often thrown together and they are in fact related, but not exactly the same thing. Myofascia is a component of the larger Fascial Web that interconnects the entire body.

Tom Myer in his book Anatomy Trains has done a remarkable job of enhancing the understanding of Fascia from a more hands-on clinical perspective.

Robert Schleip, Ph.D. has done some great work on furthering the scientific understanding of fascia in his book  Fascia: The Tensional Network of the Human Body: The science and clinical applications in manual and movement therapy

So, if you are interested in further reading there is plenty to keep you busy from these 2 books.
